Job Purpose Duties
The Accounts Receivable section head will manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of the Company s accounts receivable cycle through design implementation maintenance and management of all accounts receivable business functions and procedures for the AR collection process
Main Duties would include but are not limited to
Controlling
Maintain full Control over customer accounts and following up on out standings
Directing
Direction of the day to day accounting operations functions of accounts receivable including related procedures
Reporting
Monitoring Reports daily weekly monthly which are displaying the results of the follow up completed tasks As well as KPI s for business activities Support Management by providing timely and accurate account standing information
Communications
Creating an appropriate communication with both the customers and department heads
Monthly closing
Supervising on the monthly closing and ensure data accuracy validity
Managing Staff
Building developing and motivating team Managing the performance of direct reports
Minimum Experience 7 years in different accosting functions Payables Receivables GL
Skills
English Fluency Must
Microsoft Skills Must
SAP Must
Communication Skills
Detail oriented
Negotiation and personal selling skills
Good decision making
Problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills multitasking
