Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must
- Experience from 1 to 3 years preferably in Soft Skills and Customer Service training
- Knowledge of learning tools and learning styles
- Time Management Skills
- Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Certification in training and assessment is preferable
