Specialist – Technical Support is needed in a multinational insurance company located in 5th settlement.
- Job Description
• Manage the ticketing system; ensuring that all tickets are handled within the SLA frame.
• Provide on/off site technical support to all company employees, and escalate complex IT-related problems.
• Ensure that all computers are patched and updated as per IT management requirement
• Supervise contractors performing IT-related work; ensuring proper accomplishment.
• Coordinate and cooperate with all IT business units, ensuring high quality of service.
• Write ad-hoc IT documentation, incidents and investigation reports.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory database for all IT assets.
- Required Experience
• 2+ Years of IT-related experience in a multinational cooperation preferably; Helpdesk, Service Desk or Technical Support
- Technical Skills
• MS operating systems knowledge (Win7, 8 and 10) + Outlook 2010 and 2013 (Expert)
• Computer, peripherals and network troubleshooting (Very Good)
• ITSM tools experience (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or ManageEngine ServiceDesk plus)
• Information security awareness
• ITIL awareness
