People Services (HR) Advisor
Manage monthly payroll activities as follows:
Ensure Workday is updated with new entries/changes before payroll cut-off date
Payroll Revisions and feedback to payroll provider
Follow up and respond to payroll vendor queries timely
Commit to payroll cycle calendar and push stockholders to commit as well
Ensure non-workday data to be shared with payroll provider before the first run
Ensure maintaining payroll accuracy at 100%
Respond to employees’ payroll related queries.
Early communicating payroll deductions with employees
qualifications to go through initial screening:
Two to Five years of experience in HR function with HR operations experience.(MNCs’ experience is a privilege)
Previous experience in managing payroll is a privilege.
Fluent spoken and written English language in addition to the local language.
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to prioritize activities and multi-task in order to meet goals and deadlines.
Able to work independently and take accountability for the quality of personal outputs and success and drive projects to deliver results.
Experience of working in a customer service environment and of having worked in a technology driven environment.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, service minded, verbal (phone) and written communication, as well as active listening skills to handle a volume of inbound inquiries from employees/customers; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
Detail orientated.
Experience in using of query ticketing tools & AZ HR systems (Workday experience)
Knowledge in country HR legislation, AZ policy and processes
Ability to quickly learn and work in a cloud-based solution.
Experience in a similar role managing systems and understanding of common service center enabling technologies is a plus
