1. Follow-up of staff loans with banks (ie issuance of human resources letters, notification of banks)
2. Carrying out the administrative work of certain benefits (I. Life insurance, medical insurance) in terms of internal and external updates ... etc.
3 - Management of the payment of the task of local work of the work to different areas (ie down the city, Nasr City) in accordance with the policy of the company.
4. Management of food payments and daily transport allowance.
5. Printing the identity cards of the employees.
6. Provide and submit periodic reports as appropriate for the above-mentioned tasks. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. - Updates payroll records by entering any changes, discounts, transfer job title / jobs section. - Prepare reports by compiling summaries of profits, taxes, discounts, vacation, disability and non-changeable wages. - Defines salary obligations through the state employee's income account, taxes, employers social insurance, unemployment and workers compensation payments. - Solves salary discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. - Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. - Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; - Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll processes by maintaining confidentiality of information. - Contribute to the team effort by achieving relevant results as needed
